The 190 m² house is perfect for hosting your family or friends. It features 5 separate bedrooms, a double bed on a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms (one en suite on the ground floor), 2 toilets, a spacious living/dining area, foosball table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, and an outdoor patio with fire pit and dartboard. The 2,000 m² enclosed property, with no overlooking neighbors, offers a pétanque court, ping-pong table, above-ground pool (open mid-May to mid-September), play area (swing and slide), and a mini-farm with 5 hens.
